Introducing Hadley!

Introducing our newest team member, Hadley Davis, LMFT! Hadley comes to Laurel Therapy Collective with over a decade of full time experience working with teens. She loves this age group because it's a chance to help develop healthy habits and coping strategies before unhealthy ones get ingrained. "I feel it’s a great honor to be able to work and support somebody during this period of time." When it comes to understanding and loving this age group, it doesn't get better than Hadley.

​"I have worked [doing therapy] with teens and their families for over ten years now. I’ve worked with teens with anxiety, depression, trauma, teens who are exploring their identities, and teens who are having a hard time getting along with their friends or their families. My style tends to be warm and relational. I use humor a lot. I really take time to build rapport. I think teens, maybe more than anyone else, really need that safe, trusting relationship to open up and get the most out of therapy. I also include families as much as possible in treatment with my teen clients. I get them one hour and week and you’re with them 24/7.
