2. Participation and Physical Activity. Participation in this yoga class is voluntary. It involves physical activity, and as with any exercise program, there is a risk of injury. 3. Trauma-Informed Approach: This class incorporates trauma-informed principles designed to create a supportive and safe environment. However, it may still evoke emotional or psychological responses. We are not a crisis center and cannot respond to urgent requests.

4. Virtual Class Limitations: Participating in on-demand yoga is different from a live or in-person class. Our instructors cannot see or hear you and, therefore, cannot provide real-time corrections or modifications to ensure proper alignment and technique. You are responsible for listening to your body and adjusting poses as needed to avoid injury.

5. Liability Waiver: By joining this class, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your participation and well-being. Laurel Therapy Collective, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from participating in this class.
