Laurel Therapy Collective is a therapist-owned group practice offering online therapy to adults, couples, and teens in California and Florida. We specialize in EMDR and trauma therapy, burnout, and Gottman Method couples therapy. Many of our clients are busy professionals who keep things running for everyone else.
All sessions happen by secure video. Laurel van der Toorn, LMFT, founded the practice in 2019 and serves as its Clinical Director.

How we work
Our therapists use EMDR, RTEP (an EMDR protocol for recent traumatic events), the Gottman Method for couples, somatic and body-based approaches, and the Enneagram. Every client starts with a free consultation so we can match you with the right therapist.
